28 April Bristol Rovers (A) 40 Hotly disputed this one. Stuart’s set free to beat keeper Tim Carter, was he offside? Referee Howard Taylor said no.

2 May Middlesbrough (H) 39 Stuart pounced on Barrow’s flick on, cut inside the defence and drilled a low shot into the left hand corner.

6 May Carlisle United (A) 11 Bennett's run was halted by Paul Gorman pulling him back. The spot kick was blasted home.

69 Marco Gabbiadini flattened Milton Graham in the box. A confident Sealand Road end spot kick.

57 Bennett’s persistence tempted Colin Douglas to bring him down. The first penalty is saved, a defender had encroached, no mistake the second time.

54 Rimmer and Ian Phillips chased a loose ball and collided, the referee pointed to the spot. After picking himself up Stuart slammed the ball home.

85 Graham set Rimmer free and in a head to head with Barry Siddall Stuart came out tops.

55 Bennett held the ball up well, Rimmer had outpaced his markers to fire home past Steve Sherwood, the ball going in off the post.

63 Agboola’s poor back pass let in Bennett, Hesford saved, Stuart put the loose ball in.

80 Paul Maddys free kick was met by an Abel header which bobbled along the line, hit the post and the alert Rimmer turned the ball in.

17 Stuart was pressurised by Chris Withe, the ball fell to Croft whose shot was handled by Smalley. Mick Leonard couldn’t save the penalty.

36 Nigel Martyn saved Steve Hetzke’s free kick to Barrow chipped up the loose ball for Rimmer to produce an over head kick from 12 yards out.

79 Our star striker sprints away from Jamie Bates to slot Hetzke’s long through ball past Gary Phillips.

75 Keeper Alan Kelly was about to scoop the ball up but hesitated as Bennett surged in and fell over him. A controversial penalty but they all count.

57 One of a number of spot kicks for the Sealand Road end. This one won by Stuart after turning on a sixpence Ray Walker had to bring him down.

23 Rimmer broke clear only to be dragged back by Rob Newman. Keeper Prudhoe had no chance from the spot.

38 Bennett’s thunderous shot rebounded out for Stuart to pick his spot and rifle home from 12 yards.

10 Houghton worked a neat one two with Rimmer to send the striker through to fire home from 12 yards.

Doncaster Rovers (H)
4 A Maddy through ball is deflected into the path of Stuart who in trying to round the keeper is brought down. Justice is done when Andy Rhodes is beaten from the spot.
61 18 December Bury (H) 72 Simon Farnworth tried to kick the ball upfield out of his hands but hit Barrow on the back just outside the box for Rimmer to follow though and score.
62 18 December Bury (H) 84 A magnificent effort. Maddy releases Stuart to burst past two defenders, draw the goalkeerer and lash the ball home left footed.
