CHESTER CITY JUNIORS — UNDER 10s
Sunday 18 January
Pulford JFC 1 Chester City Juniors 4
On a heavy pitch Chester struggled against a Pulford team that showed grit and determination. The stalemate was ended mid-way through the second half when a long range shot by Alex Williamson took a deflection past an impressive Pulford goalkeeper. Two further goals from Connor Cutler-Evans appeared to end the contest but a spirited Pulford team scored a much deserved goal that shook the visitors and could have led to a Pulford revival. With minutes to go Jacque Humpreys scored Chester’s fourth goal securing all the points for the visitors.
