Chester will travel to play Bala Town in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 25 July, kick-off 19.45hrs.

NEW FIXTURES
The National League have announced that next season’s fixtures will be released at 13.00hrs on Wednesday 5 July. The new season will start on Saturday 5 August. The final league games of the season will take place on Saturday 20 April 2024.

Sat 20 April 2024 – season ends
Tues 23 April – play-off eliminator A (5th v 6th)
Wed 24 April – play-off eliminator B (4th v 7th)
Sun 28 April – play-off semi final’s

Bishop’s Stortford have lost their appeal with the FA and will play in the National League North next season.

Chester will travel to play Ashton United on Friday 21 July, kick-off 19.30hrs, followed the next day by a trip to Wythenshawe Town for a match which has a 15.00hrs kick-off.

WHITEHOUSE SIGNS FOR BLUES
Chester have signed midfielder Elliott Whitehouse on a one year deal. Whitehouse featured on loan for the Blues in the latter half of last season making 8+0 appearances and scoring 3 goals. He was released by Scunthorpe United at the end of last season.

BANGOR FRIENDLY
A team from Chester will visit Bangor City for a pre-season friendly on Wednesday 12 July, kick-off 19.30hrs.

Stockport County will visit Chester for a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 18 July, kick-off 19.45hrs.

BLUES SIGN GOODSON
Chester have made their third pre-signing with former Altrincham forward Zak Goodson joining the Blues on a one year deal. Once again this deal has been made possible thanks to funds from the Boost The Budget campaign. Goodson made 3+0 league appearances for Altrincham last season scoring one goal. He had loan spells at both Spennymoor Town and Boston United in the National League North last season.
